What is a CUSIP number?
A CUSIP (Committee for the Uniform Securities Indentification Practices) number's primary function is to uniquely identify issuers and issues of financial instruments. CUSIP numbers are used primarily in the United States and Canada markets and are made up of nine characters.
What is an ISIN number?
An ISIN or an International Security Identification Number is the internationally accepted standard used by virtually all countries to uniquely identify exact securities. It is made up of twelve characters. With American securities, the first two characters identify the country and are followed by the nine characters that make up the CUSIP number. When buying securities listed on an overseas exchange, it is important to know the ISIN number to give to your broker.
I tried to activate my online subscription but I can't log in. What should I do?
You may need to reset some of the settings in your Internet browser. Login problems usually occur when 'cookies' and 'javascript' capabilities are not enabled.

Must I have Adobe Acrobat installed on my computer?
Only if you wish to download and print the issues and/or special bonus reports. The newsletter is stored there in PDF format for your convenience. A link for downloading Adobe Acrobat is provided on our website. Simply click on the Acrobat icon and follow the instructions from there. The Reader is available for downloading at no additional cost. Please note that some of the earlier issues may be archived only in PDF format.
Why is my email address required when I register?
Your e-mail address is unique and when linked to your subscription, gives us an added level of security when you access your account. The additional level of security allows us to respond to an inquiry almost immediately, in the event you forget your login credentials. Furthermore, it allows us to send you editorial Alerts when they become necessary.
The hypertext link you included in your email is broken. What should I do?
If your link is broken into two lines, it is due to the default width set in your browser. To rejoin, simply place your cursor where the link is broken and press the 'Delete' key once. If your browser will still not allow you to re-join the link, you can copy and paste the link in NOTEPAD, WORDPAD, WORD or any word processing document. Here is how to copy and paste into your browser: 1) Click your mouse and drag the cursor across the entire link. When does my subscription expire?

Your subscription details will be displayed in the gray boxes on the right side of the page. You can also renew your subscription, change your password and update your personal information here.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click 'My Account' in the top right corner of the site, then select the 'Forgot E-mail address/Password?' option. In the pop-up box, enter the e-mail address associated with your account, then click on 'Get Password'. Within minutes we will send you an e-mail listing your login credentials and account number.
Can I change my E-mail address and/or Password?
Certainly. Click 'My Account' in the top right corner of the site and log in with your current email address and password. From there, simply type in your new email address and password. The changes are effective immediately. In addition, you will receive an email from us confirming the changes in your personal information.
What types of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You may also mail us a money order or personal check (in U.S. dollars, drawn on a U.S. bank) with your statement. Please do not send cash.
How do I change or update the mailing address and other information on my subscription account?
Changing your personal information can be easily done online. Click ‘My Account’ in the top right corner of the site and log in with your current email address and password, then enter your new information in the appropriate fields. After you have made and submitted the changes, we will send you an email confirming the updated information. Alternatively, you may

Do you ever give my name and address to other companies?
